She’s been available at every step of the way, always prepared to take a call or send a message - with any question, no matter how big or small. She’s been lovely and positive and so helpful - we’re first time buyers with novice knowledge so needed lots of advice which she was happy to give. After such amazing service when we bought our house with Michael two years ago, he was the first and only person we called when we were looking for our second property. The service the second time was as impeccable as it was the first, from start to finish. I have and will continue to recommend Michael and Winkworth to friends and family.
Generally received good service from Winkworth Highbury, but as you would expect the key is getting a good relationship manager / lead agent with whom the ways of working are aligned. Chloe in particular was very good / communicated well / was proactive in updating us, understanding our priorities, and finding a suitable buyer for our property. Lovely throughout. We had a harder time with another agent - and in particular found winkworth to be selling punchy valuations until we signed then... probably to land a mandate to then walk us down for things that should have been obvious to her as an agent (bedrooms too small). She also wasn't proactive / involved once she had secured the mandate, so would be warry of using her again for a property sale. All in all good agent, but stress test what they promise you and if it was to be done again, would tier their fees to hitting the valuation they pitch...
