I was buying a property through them, Sergio has been professional throughout, he was always on top of the process, accommodating and checked in regularly in a respectful manner to make sure things were moving along, and did what he can to help. Like most people, my past experiences with estate agents have not been the great, but the Castles team has certainly shown me that there are decent ones out there. They vetted my offer carefully (in a lot more detail than others), and you can tell they genuinely wanted to complete the sale as quickly as possible. Next time I need to sell a property, I’d definitely have Castles as one of my top picks.

Jay is a great estate agent. Always helpful on the phone and keen to help and along with James highly professional in the way they did business.
